A cleaner workflow is to connect the authorized Microsoft account, choose the file or library item that needs review, import only that document, run the required analysis and then assign follow-up or approval inside the document workflow.
Useful review outputs include summaries, dates, amounts, structured fields, risks, action items and evidence that points back to the document. For team use, access controls and assignment matter just as much as extraction quality.
