TEAM MANAGEMENT
Team members
Invite members and manage Owner/Admin/Member roles. Personal workspaces do not use departments.
Department setup
Create or rename departments and assign managers in Settings.
Controlled review workflow
Documents are private to their creator by default. Owners, admins and department managers do not automatically see their content. An authorized person explicitly assigns a document to a reviewer, who can approve it or request changes within their granted permissions.
Review the result
- Check the summary, fields, risks, dates, amounts and recommended actions against the original documents before making decisions.
- Owners and admins invite teammates. Each person receives access according to their assigned role and document permissions.
