Open the camera, capture the document, review the image, then Import & Analyze. Use Documents for existing files.

Capture with camera
Select Open camera to begin.

Capture photo
Camera is live. Frame the document, then select Capture photo.

Captured document preview
Photo captured. Review it before analysis.

Import & Analyze
Photo captured. Review the preview, then select Import & Analyze.
Review the result
- Check the summary, fields, risks, dates, amounts and recommended actions against the original documents before making decisions.
- Owners and admins invite teammates. Each person receives access according to their assigned role and document permissions.
- Documents are private to their creator by default. Owners, admins and department managers do not automatically see their content. An authorized person explicitly assigns a document to a reviewer, who can approve it or request changes within their granted permissions.
