How usage works
AI Credits are used when NexaFile performs AI processing you request. Usage varies with the amount of processing required. You can always see used and remaining AI Credits in Billing.
You do not need to track provider tokens, AI-provider costs or processing-routing details.
When AI Credits are running low
NexaFile warns you when your balance is running low. If there are not enough AI Credits for a new task, that task is not sent to AI. Owner/Admin can buy more AI Credits to continue; existing data and results remain available.
View plans & AI CreditsBuying more does not move your current period
Buying more AI Credits adds AI processing capacity inside the current period. It does not increase the member cap, reset storage or move the period end.
