NexaFile supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, CSV, JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC/HEIF. Supported formats are normalized internally before entering the Document Intelligence pipeline so direct upload, Paper Scan and imports from Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint behave consistently.

If a file is invalid, corrupt or exceeds a limit, the product should return a clear message so the user can correct the file or try again without disrupting the whole application. After successful processing, AI produces structured results for human review and internal rules/workflows.
