AI workflow for SharePoint documents: sites, libraries and business document analysis

Connect SharePoint with an authorized Microsoft account, choose a site/library and import files into NexaFile for analysis.

SharePoint is designed for business documents stored in Microsoft 365 sites and libraries. NexaFile lets each user connect their own Microsoft account, see sites/libraries the account is authorized to access and select files for analysis.

Users do not need to type a technical site URL. After connecting, the workflow focuses on choosing the document location, browsing folders and selecting files in a familiar cloud-storage flow.

A personal Microsoft account can use SharePoint only when an organization has invited or granted that account access to its SharePoint site/library. For personal files, OneDrive is usually the appropriate source.

Supported imported files enter the same normalization and AI review pipeline as direct uploads.
