Scale supports up to 100 active members in one workspace, with document, page and AI analysis allowances per quota pack. The Owner can check usage and the period end in Billing. The current plan price appears on the Pricing page.

When quota runs out before the period ends


If the current pack has exhausted any consumable allowance, the Owner can select “Refill Scale quota” and pay the full Scale price for a fresh quota pack. If the next pack is exhausted, another pack can be purchased; there is no fixed number of refills within one period. The original period end remains the same. For example, if the paid period ends on day 30, refills paid on days 2 and 5 still belong to the period ending on day 30.

At the period end, pay for the next period


Whether quota remains or not, the Owner must pay the full Scale price for the next 30-day period. Without a confirmed payment, NexaFile pauses new processing while retaining existing documents. Once the next payment is confirmed, the workspace continues with a new paid period and a fresh quota pack.

What remains unchanged


A refill does not raise the 100-member allowance or reset stored files. Each payment has a receipt in NexaFile. The refill option is shown when documents, pages or AI analyses in the current pack are exhausted.
