OneDrive often contains documents used every day by individuals and businesses. With NexaFile, each user connects their own Microsoft account, browses folders, selects files and sends documents directly into the AI analysis workflow.

OneDrive supports personal Microsoft accounts such as Outlook.com/Hotmail as well as Microsoft 365 accounts. After selection, NexaFile normalizes supported formats such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, CSV, JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC/HEIF before analysis.

Results can include summaries, important fields, dates, amounts, risks, actions and evidence. Users should still review AI output before using it for business decisions.
