1. Payment channels
Polar Software, Inc. acts as Merchant of Record for applicable online checkout transactions. Payments are processed through Polar-hosted card checkout.
2. How to request a refund
Use Polar transaction tools or email [email protected]. Include purchaser email, transaction/receipt ID, plan, date, reason and evidence for duplicate/incorrect charges. Never send full card numbers, CVV, passwords or API keys.
3. Eligibility review
Eligibility depends on the Merchant of Record, transaction state, usage, abuse indicators and consumer law. This policy does not create a universal refund guarantee or limit mandatory rights.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a paid period. Verify cancellation confirmation from the payment provider.
5. Decision and refund method
If approved, funds are normally returned to the original method. Timing depends on Polar, banks, payment networks and region; NexaFile does not promise a fixed time outside its control.
6. Duplicate charges and chargebacks
Contact support or the Merchant of Record first for review. Chargebacks follow bank and payment-provider procedures.

8. Mandatory withdrawal rights and digital content
If the law where you live grants a mandatory cancellation or cooling-off right, that right remains available under its statutory conditions. Immediate supply of a service or digital content may require express consent and may affect withdrawal rights; the Merchant of Record applies the appropriate process to its transactions.
9. Taxes, currency and partial refunds
Taxes, exchange rates, bank fees and the amount ultimately received may be determined by the Merchant of Record, bank or payment network. Prorated refunds or credits apply only when required by law or expressly confirmed for the specific transaction.
10. Abuse prevention
Requests showing fraud indicators, duplicate chargebacks or mismatched transaction details may require additional verification. This review does not restrict mandatory purchaser rights.
