Which file formats are supported?
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, CSV and common image formats are supported. Results depend on file structure, scan quality and readable content.
Does NexaFile analyze all accepted content?
Yes. NexaFile processes accepted content in full or clearly declines it before analysis; it does not silently read only the first pages.
Why can a file be declined when AI Credits remain?
AI Credits are based on processing workload. Large, scanned, image-heavy or complex files may require more AI Credits; NexaFile clearly tells you before processing when the remaining credits are insufficient.
How is document data handled?
NexaFile processes only content needed for the requested feature. Provider, deletion, export and retention details are described in the Privacy Policy.
Can I connect Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint?
Yes. Users explicitly connect and select documents. Access depends on account permissions, workspace roles and the Cloud provider configuration.
How do Owner, Admin and Member roles differ?
Owners manage the workspace and billing; Admins help administer allowed areas; Members use permitted features. Backend authorization is checked before sensitive actions.
Can AI results be wrong?
Yes. AI output is assistive. Verify results and evidence against source documents before legal, financial, tax, HR or operational decisions.
