Lost Authenticator and recovery codes?
Try a registered passkey first. If no factor remains, contact support. NexaFile checks identity against separate records, then a second staff member approves after a waiting period. Email or password alone cannot remove MFA. Do not send codes, QR images or identity documents in this form.
